Crucial for Peer-to-Peer Trades: When you, as a Seller, list Licenses on our Marketplace, your provided bank name, account name, account number, and phone number will be displayed to and shared with the Buyer(s) of your Licenses to facilitate direct external payment. By listing on the Marketplace, you explicitly consent to this sharing of your financial and contact details with the buying party of your trades.

Similarly, your email address may be visible to the other party in a peer-to-peer trade to facilitate communication.

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

Payment gateways (e.g., Paystack) for processing deposits and fees.
